The taxi transport entrepreneur exam has 50 questions and at most 120 minutes. To pass, you need 38 correct answers and the minimum number from each of the six topics. You can take the exam only after the entrepreneur training.

Note: The taxi driver exam is held only in Finnish or Swedish (Traficom regulation, section 3), with no interpreter or dictionary allowed.

Structure of the exam

The entrepreneur exam is taken in the same way as the driver exam: as a digital theory exam at a service point of Traficom's service provider. The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency is responsible for organising the exam. The law requires that the exam participant has taken part in the entrepreneur training, and according to the Traficom regulation the training must have been completed in accordance with the regulation. The exam can contain multiple-choice tasks and case-based tasks.
